Free Returns & Adjustments

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the item you’ve purchased needs to be adjusted (for example a ring needing to be resized) we offer that service free of charge. Please note that we do not charge for adjustments, however items that require additional materials (for example increasing the length of a necklace) may incur an additional charge to reflect material costs.

Returns and returns shipping is free. Jewelry Lane offers a full 100% money back guarantee for all unworn, unaltered and undamaged items. We call this our 'Happiness Guarantee'. If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please email us at hello@jewelrylane.com within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return authorization process. Refunds will be credited to the same method of payment used during your original purchase and will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the item. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please pack the item securely and if possible, use the original undamaged packaging. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip or order reference number.

 

Shipping Information

All items are shipped insured. We ship to the United States of America (including APO, HI, PR, VI, and other U.S. territories), Canada, and 50 other countries. All orders are processed within 2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) and ship from Upstate New York, USA or Toronto, Canada.

Order confirmations are sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct and able to receive packages. Orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses or returned with no claim will incur a shipping and handling charge.

All delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, our shipping partners do not provide absolute guaranteed delivery times. Shipping times may also vary due to holidays and custom clearances. We are not responsible for any customs tax or duty fees. If you have a special order which must be expedited, please contact us first (additional overnight shipping charges may apply). We will try to accommodate all requests.
